These general terms and conditions of sale of Refonte Infini France (hereinafter also referred to as "the Terms" or "these Terms") are concluded between you (hereinafter referred to as "You" or "your", "User" or "Users", "he" or "they", "them", "their") and Refonte Infini France (as defined below). By accessing, downloading, using or clicking "I agree" to accept any Refonte Infini service (as defined below) provided by Refonte Infini France, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted all the terms and conditions stipulated in these Refonte Infini France terms and conditions of sale, if applicable supplemented by specific rules, and read and considered our Privacy Policy. In addition, when you use certain features of the Infinite Redesign Services, you may be subject to specific additional terms and conditions applicable to those features.

Please read these Terms carefully as they govern your use of the Infinite Redesign Services. As with any asset, the values of Digital Assets (as defined below) can fluctuate significantly and there is a substantial risk of economic loss when buying, selling, holding or investing in Digital Assets. Redesign Infini France has no influence on these fluctuations and the past performance of the Digital Assets is not a guarantee of future financial gain. These risks include, but are not limited to, market risk, liquidity risk, volatility risk, risk of total loss of funds, cyber risks, legal risks, tax risks; they are identified and explained in these Terms and on the Website and Mobile Application.

By using the Infinite Redesign Services, you acknowledge and agree that: (1) you are aware of the risks associated with transactions on Digital Assets; (2) you assume all risk associated with the use of the Infinite Redesign Services and transactions in Digital Assets; and (3) Infinite Recasting France will not be liable for any such risks or adverse results as contemplated in these Terms. By accessing, using or attempting to use the Infinite Redesign Services in any capacity, you acknowledge that you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept or understand the content of the Terms, do not access Infinite Redesign France or use the Infinite Redesign Services.

I. Definitions

1. Purchase of Digital Assets in Fiat Currency or Sale of Digital Assets in Fiat Currency or Fiat Trading means spot transactions in which Digital Assets are exchanged for fiat currencies/currencies or vice versa.

2. Digital Assets means the assets defined in Article L. 54-10-1 of the Monetary and Financial Code, i.e. 1) the tokens mentioned in Article L. 552-2 of the Monetary and Financial Code, excluding those fulfilling the characteristics of the financial instruments mentioned in Article L. 211-1 of the Monetary and Financial Code and the cash vouchers mentioned in Article L. 223-1 of the Monetary and Financial Code and 2) any numerical representation of a value as defined 2° of Article L. 54-10-1 of the Monetary and Financial Code. This definition is subject to change in accordance with changes in applicable law.

3. Mobile Application means the Infinite Redesign Mobile Application as available in France, allowing Users to access their Infinite Redesign Account and Infinite Redesign Services.

4. Refonte Infini France means Refonte Infini France SAS, a simplified French joint-stock company, registered under the Siren number 949841605 at the RCS of Bobiny, registered with the Autorité des marchés financiers as a digital asset service provider under number (Registration In Progress). Infinite Redesign France is the entity that provides Users with the Infinite Redesign Services on Digital Assets, accessible via the Website and Mobile Application. Infinite Redesign refers to an ecosystem that includes Infinite Redesign websites (whose domain names include, but are not limited to)

5. Refonte Infini Services means the services provided to you by Refonte Infini France, based on Internet and/or blockchain technologies and offered via the French Website, the Mobile Application and other forms as applicable (including new ones made possible by future technological development). The main features, conditions of use, specific risks and prices/costs/fees or any other fees of each service offered by Refonte Infini France are defined on the Website, the Mobile Application and mentioned in these Conditions. User should review the features, terms of use and prices/costs/fees related to the Infinite Redesign Services and the associated risks (if any) by clicking on the page and other relevant pages mentioned in the Terms before using the Infinite Redesign Services. The Infinite Redesign Services include the services mentioned in Section III and the future services that will be offered to Users by Refonte Infini France. Users note that certain Infinite Redesign Services may be provided by Infinite Redesign at the request of the User, subject to the acceptance of separate agreements and an additional due diligence process (if applicable). Users also note that some Infinite Redesign Services may be operated by an entity other than Refonte Infini France: in this case, this will be specified to the User and the services will be operated by this third party entity subject to the signing of a separate agreement with the entity concerned. Unless otherwise provided in these Terms, in the event of any conflict between such separate agreements and these Terms, the provisions of these Terms shall prevail.

6. Infinite Redesign Accounts means the initial virtual nominative accounts, including master accounts and sub-accounts, that are opened by Infinite Redesign France for and on behalf of Users, after completing and successfully completing the KYC procedure (KYC Procedure, defined below), in order to register on Infinite Redesign France and access and use the Infinite Redesign Services and basic information. Infinite Redesign Accounts serve as a basis for Users to exercise their rights on Infinite Redesign France

7. Warranty Account means the special accounts opened by Users on Refonte Infini France to deposit and withdraw collateral in accordance with contractual documentation (such as margins), where applicable, and in accordance with these Terms (including the Refonte Infini Contract Services Agreement and the Infinite Redesign Platform Rules), as required for certain transactions, leveraged trading and/or foreign exchange borrowing services.

8. Exchange of Digital Assets for Other Digital Assets, or Digital Asset Conversion means cash transactions in which a Digital Asset is exchanged for another Digital Asset, as defined in Section III Infinite Redesign Services.

9. Fiat Trading Pairs or Fiat Currency Trading Pairs means trading pairs listed on the Infinite Redesign Platform that involve fiat currency on the one hand and a Digital Asset on the other. Trading Pairs or Trading Pairs means trading pairs listed on the Infinite Redesign Platform that involve a Digital Asset on the one hand and a Digital Asset on the other.

10. Refonte Infini Platform means the digital asset exchange platform operated by Refonte Infini France, where multiple buying and selling interests expressed by Users and Users of another Refonte Infini entity exchanging Digital Assets for other Digital Assets or legal tender currencies may interact in a manner that results in the conclusion of contracts.

11. External Wallet means the wallet that is under the control of the User, for which the User has independent control over the transmission of values and over which Refonte Infini France has no control or control over the means of access to the Digital Assets. The External Portfolio is completely alien to the computer systems of Infinite Redesign France.

12. Customer Knowledge Procedure means the "customer knowledge" process that Refonte Infini France has put in place before entering into a commercial relationship with Users in order to identify Users, verify their identity and collect information on the purpose and nature of the relationship, or any other relevant information for customer knowledge purposes. This system is a mandatory prerequisite for the opening of an Infinite Redesign Account, in particular in the context of the application of the procedure for combating money laundering and the financing of terrorism, compliance with international economic sanctions and anti-fraud programs.

13. Infinite Redesign Platform Rules means all rules, interpretations, announcements, statements, consent letters and other content that have been and will subsequently be published by Refonte Infini and Refonte Infini France, as amended or supplemented from time to time, as well as all regulations, implementing rules, product process descriptions and announcements published in the Help Center or in product or service processes, which must be read, accepted and respected by the User, before using the Infinite Redesign Services.

14. Digital representation of a Value means, in accordance with the definition of Article L. 54-10-1 of the Monetary and Financial Code, any digital representation of a value that is not issued or guaranteed by a central bank or by a public authority, that is not necessarily attached to a currency having legal tender and that does not have the legal status of a currency, but which is accepted by natural or legal persons as a medium of exchange and which can be transferred, stored or exchanged electronically.

15. Website means www.refonteinfini.com that allows Users to access their Infinite Redesign Account and use the Infinite Redesign Services.

16. User or Users means a natural or legal person who has opened an Infinite Redesign Account with Refonte Infini France, who accesses, downloads or uses Refonte Infini France or the Refonte Infini Services and who meets the criteria and conditions stipulated by Refonte Infini France. The User who is a natural person may be a consumer within the meaning of the French Consumer Code.

17. BUSD means Recast Infini USD, a stable cryptocurrency (or "stablecoin"), which falls into the category of Digital Assets, which is backed and referred to in reference to the US dollar and which is managed by Paxos Trust Company, LLC.

18. Conversion Start Date means the date, referred to as Infinite Redesign France, on which the conversion into Designated Stable Cryptocurrency will begin.

19. Designated Stable Cryptocurrency means each of the USD Coin (USDC), Pax Dollar (USDP), TrueUSD (TUSD) and any other Digital Asset that Infinite Redesign may designate France as such at any time, further considering that Infinite Redesign France may at any time and without notice remove any Digital Asset from the scope of this definition.

20. Designated Stable Cryptocurrency Conversion means, for each Designated Stable Cryptocurrency, the automatic conversion of such Designated Stable Cryptocurrency to BUSD upon deposit into your Infinite Redesign account or the conversion of BUSD to such Designated Stable Cryptocurrency as part of a withdrawal request.

II. General provisions

1. About the Terms

These Terms constitute a legal agreement and create a contract that is enforceable against you and that creates obligations between You and Refonte Infini France, and govern your use of the Refonte Infini Services offered by Refonte Infini France when you log in to your Infinite Redesign Account via the Website and/or Mobile Application

b. Additional Terms

The Privacy Policy, the Infinite Redesign Platform Rules and all other agreements entered into separately between you and Refonte Infini France, as amended from time to time, and are considered additional terms that form an integral part of the Terms and will have the same legal effect (the "Additional Terms"). These documents constitute a legally binding agreement. Your use of the Infinite Redesign Services is deemed your acceptance of the Additional Terms. In the event of any conflict between the Additional Terms and these Terms, unless otherwise specified in these Terms, the provisions of these Terms shall prevail.

Certain Infinite Redesign Services may be operated by an entity other than Infinite Redesign France, subject to acceptance of a separate agreement. In this case, you must comply with the terms of these agreements.

c. Changes to the Terms

Due to the rapid development of Digital Assets and Infinite Redesign France, especially technological development, Infinite Redesign France reserves the right to change or modify the Terms at its discretion at any time. Refonte Infini France will notify you of these changes by updating the Terms on its Website and Mobile Application and changing the date displayed on this page. All modifications or changes to the Terms will be effective as soon as they are published on the Website at the address of the website and the Mobile Application in the "service contract" section, and notified to Users. You are invited to accept or decline the modified Terms. These Terms as modified will be subject to your express acceptance, or tacit at the end of a period of thirty (30) days, and will then be enforceable against you. If you do not agree to the changes to the Terms, you must immediately stop using the Infinite Redesign Services and request deactivation of your Infinite Redesign Account on the Website or Mobile Application. After thirty (30) days without any indication of your intention, the amended Terms will come into force and will apply to you for any Infinite Redesign Service you make. When required, if accepted within this thirty (30) day period, Refonte Infini France reserves the right to immediately and temporarily suspend your access to the Infinite Redesign Services, except for the withdrawal of Digital Assets and fiat currency. You should review the Terms frequently to ensure that you understand the Terms that apply to your access to and use of the Infinite Redesign Services.

d. Prohibition of Use

By accessing and using the Infinite Redesign Services, you represent and warrant that you are not registered on any list of trade embargoes or economic sanctions (such as the United Nations Security Council sanctions list, the European Union list, the list of the French Department General of the Treasury), the list of specially designated nationals maintained by OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control, the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control) known as the "SDN List", or the Department of Commerce's list of persons or entities under sanctions.

e. Third-party effectiveness and proof

The Terms are made available to you on the Website in the Terms and Conditions of Sale section at the address and the Mobile Application in the "Service Agreement" section in accordance with applicable law, and you accept them when you create an Infinite Redesign Account and use each Infinite Redesign Service. Updates are notified to you and any new version of the Terms is made available to you on the Website and Mobile Application. Therefore, the Terms and their subsequent modifications are enforceable against you and acknowledge having read and accepted them.

f. Nullity of a clause of the Terms

The nullity of one of the provisions of the Conditions does not entail the nullity of all the Conditions.

2. About Infinite Redesign France

Refonte Infini France is a digital asset service provider, registered with the Autorité des Marchés Financiers under number (Registration In Progress), providing the Refonte Infini Services to Users. As detailed in paragraph 3 below, you must register and open an Infinite Redesign Account with Infinite Redesign France and deposit Digital Assets or fiat currencies/currencies into your Infinite Redesign Account prior to any transaction. You may, subject to the restrictions set out in these Terms, request the removal of Digital Assets.

Although Refonte Infini France wishes to maintain the accuracy of the information generally given and made available to you on the Website and Mobile Application for your information only, Refonte Infini France cannot and does not guarantee its accuracy, applicability, reliability, integrity, performance or suitability at all times, nor shall Refonte Infini France be liable for any loss or damage that may be caused directly or indirectly through your interpretation of such content, and the use of the Infinite Redesign Services that may result. You are advised that the information given generally about the Digital Assets and the services provided by Refonte Infini or Refonte Infini France may change without notice (this is separate from the changes on the Infinite Redesign Services that are made to the Terms pursuant to paragraph 1 above), and the primary purpose of providing such information is to help you understand the services, Then it will be up to you to make investment decisions independently. In addition, you acknowledge that the information generally made available on [Refonte Infini Academy](https://refonteinfini.com/fr) is provided for informational purposes only and cannot or should not have binding effect.

You acknowledge that Refonte Infini France does not provide any investment, tax, legal or advice of any kind or any other type of advice, and is not responsible for the use or interpretation of the information available on Refonte Infini France or any other means of communication

You are advised that all Users of the Infinite Redesign Services must understand the risks involved in trading Digital Assets, and you are advised to exercise caution and invest responsibly within the limits of your own abilities and knowledge. In particular, you note that any investment or transaction involves risk and that past performance is no guarantee of future performance. Refonte Infini France is not responsible for any decisions you make to buy, sell or hold Digital Assets or fiat currencies based on any information, including information provided by Refonte Infini France

3. Infinite Redesign Account Registration and Requirements

All Users must request the opening of an Infinite Redesign Account on the Website at https://accounts.refonteinfini.com/fr/register address or on the Mobile Application before using the Infinite Redesign Services. When you request the opening of an Infinite Redesign Account, you must provide the information identified in this paragraph 3 or the additional information requested by Refonte Infini France, so that Refonte Infini France or any service provider designated by Refonte Infini France can proceed with the Customer Knowledge Procedure, accept these Terms, and read the Privacy Policy and Rules of the Infinite Redesign Platform.

Infinite Redesign France may refuse, at its discretion, to open an Infinite Redesign Account for you.

You agree to provide complete and accurate information on the day of opening an Infinite Redesign Account, and agree to update in a timely manner all information you provide to Refonte Infini France in order to maintain the integrity and accuracy of the information.

Each User (including natural person, legal entity or other organization) may only maintain one nominative master account at any given time. However, Users may open one or more sub-accounts under the main account with the consent of Refonte Infini France.

For certain Infinite Redesign Services, you may be required to create a specific account independent of your Infinite Redesign Account, based on the provisions of these Terms or the Additional Terms.

The registration, use, protection and management of such trading accounts are also governed by the provisions of this Section and Section VI, unless otherwise specified in these Terms or the Additional Terms.

b. Eligibility

By registering to use an Infinite Redesign Account, you represent and warrant that:

1.As an individual, you are at least 18 years of age or of legal age to enter into a contract under applicable France laws

2.As a natural person, legal person or other organisation, you have the full legal capacity and authorizations to enter into these Terms;

3.You have not been previously suspended or previously removed from using Infinite Redesign or the Infinite Redesign Services;

4.You do not currently have an Infinite Redesign account;

5.You are not a U.S.-based user, a Malaysia-based user, a Singapore-based user, or an Ontario, Canada-based user, or you are not acting on behalf of a U.S. user, Malaysian user, Singapore-based user, or Ontario, Canada-based user. If you are acting as an employee or agent of a legal entity and accept these Terms on its behalf, you represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions to bind that legal entity;

6.Your use of the Refonte Infini Services will not violate any laws and regulations applicable to you or Refonte Infini France including, but not limited to, anti-money laundering, asset freeze, anti-corruption, anti-terrorist financing regulations, international economic sanctions programs, legislation, regulations, legal proceedings or governmental requests, administrative decisions or doctrine, etc.

Please note that some Infinite Redesign Services may not be available to Users, either permanently or from time to time, (i) depending on the region, territory or jurisdiction in which they are located (ii) based on other criteria, or (iii) for certain users, including to comply with applicable laws or regulatory restrictions. In this case, Refonte Infini France will not be responsible for any loss or damage that may occur. To the extent permitted by law, Recasting Infini France reserves the right to change, modify or impose additional restrictions at its discretion and at any time under the terms set forth in paragraph 1 of Section II of these Terms, including to comply with applicable laws

c. Verification of the User's identity

Your registration with Refonte Infini France for the opening of an Infinite Redesign Account will be considered your agreement to provide the personal information required for the verification of your identity. This information will be used to verify your identity, identify indications of money laundering, terrorist financing, links to embargoed activities or persons under international economic sanctions, fraud and other financial crimes via Refonte Infini France, or for any other lawful purpose indicated by Refonte Infini France. Refonte Infini will France collect, use, retain and share this information in accordance with the Privacy Policy. In addition to providing this information, you agree to allow Refonte Infini France to keep a record of this information for the period during which your account is active and within five (5) years after the closure of your Refonte Infini Account, in accordance with French and European regulations on the archiving of such data.

You also authorize Refonte Infini France to conduct necessary due diligence and investigations directly or through a third party to verify your identity or protect you and/or Refonte Infini France against financial crimes, such as fraud. The information that Refonte Infini France needs to verify your identity may include, but is not limited to, your first name, mailing address, email address, telephone number, any other contact information, username, government-issued ID, date of birth, real-time photo and/or video, and other information collected during the registration of the Infinite Redesign Account. The nature or format of this information (image, pdf document, ...) may change over time. The list of required documents may differ in the case of the creation of an Infinite Recasting Account legal person or natural person.

You note that Refonte Infini France may only use contact data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and to the extent permitted by applicable law, and that under applicable law, you have the right to subscribe to lists created to block telephone solicitations. When you provide the required information, you confirm that it is true, current and accurate. If your ID expires, you may be required to provide a new, valid and complete document as soon as possible, failing which your Infinite Recast Account will be suspended.

After registration, you must ensure that the information is true, complete and updated in a timely manner when it is changed in any way. You acknowledge and agree that you have an obligation to update all information in the event of a change, information, as soon as possible, to maintain the integrity and accuracy of the information, including with regard to identity, financial or professional situation, change of address, telephone number, bank details or any other change that may affect your ability to invest, and provide a new supporting document.

During the course of the business relationship, Refonte Infini France may ask you to update your documents or provide additional documents (for example, proof of origin of funds, proof of income or assets, proof of purchase of Digital Assets, response to a questionnaire addressed to Users), in order to allow you to access an Infinite Redesign Service or to allow you to access new Infinite Redesign Services

If there is reason to believe that any of the information you have provided is incorrect, false, out of date or incomplete, Refonte Infini France reserves the right to send you a notice to require correction, to delete the relevant information directly and, if applicable, to terminate all or part of the Infinite Redesign Services that Infinite Redesign provides France to you. If Refonte Infini France is unable to reach you with the contact information you have provided, you will be fully responsible for any loss or expense caused to you or Refonte Infini France during your use of the Infinite Redesign Services.

By registering and opening an Infinite Recasting Account, you authorize Refonte Infini France to conduct all necessary due diligence and investigations that Refonte Infini deems necessary France, under the obligations and regulations to which Refonte Infini France is subject, directly or through a third party, in particular to verify your identity or protect you, you, other users and/or Refonte Infini France against fraud or other financial offenses or crimes under applicable law, and to take the necessary measures based on the results of such investigations and diligence. You also acknowledge and agree that your personal information may be disclosed to public authorities and agencies, including those responsible for the prevention of fraud, money laundering or financial crime in general.

d. Conditions

The Infinite Recast Account can only be used by the account holder. Refonte Infini France reserves the right to suspend, freeze or cancel transactions and use of Infinite Redesign Accounts by persons other than the Account Holder.

If you suspect or become aware of any unauthorized use of your Username and password, you must immediately notify Refonte Infini France. Refonte Infini France assumes no responsibility for any loss or damage resulting from the use of the Infinite Redesign Account by any third party with or without your permission.

When you withdraw or transfer Digital Assets from your Infinite Redesign Account to an External Wallet, you represent and warrant that you are the beneficial owner of the External Wallet.

e. Infinite Redesign Account Security

Infinite Redesign France is committed to maintaining the security of Users' funds and Digital Assets and has implemented industry standard protection for Infinite Redesign Services.

However, the actions of individual Users may pose risks. You agree to treat your access credentials (such as your name and User number and password) as confidential information and not to disclose such information to third parties. You also agree to be solely responsible for taking the necessary security measures to protect your Infinite Redesign Account and your personal information. You are solely responsible for the security of its Infinite Redesign Account and password, and responsible for all transactions made on your Infinite Redesign Account.Refonte Infini France assumes no responsibility for any loss, damage or consequence, financial or otherwise, caused by the authorized or unauthorized use of your Infinite Redesign Account and your Infinite Redesign Account credentials, including, but not limited to, disclosure of information, publication of information, consent to various rules and agreements given by clicking on the Website or Mobile Application, online contract renewal, etc.

By creating an Infinite Redesign Account, you agree that:

1.You will immediately notify Refonte Infini France if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your Infinite Redesign Account and password or any other breach of security rules;

2.You will strictly comply with all mechanisms or procedures of Infinite Redesign France regarding security, authentication, investment/trading, deposits and withdrawals;

3.You will take appropriate steps to log out of Infinite Redesign France at the end of each visit;

4.You must create a strong password that is different from those normally used, and must maintain a high degree of control and security over your credentials;

5.You must ensure that the correct email address and phone number you have provided at all times, in order to be alerted by Infinite Redesign France of any issues that may affect the security of your Infinite Redesign Account; and you make sure to protect access to that email and phone number;

6.Infinite Redesign France will never ask for the communication of your username or password, any message to this effect is a scam/phishing attempt;

7.You will follow security best practices, such as not keeping passwords online, not giving remote access when you are active on your Infinite Redesign Account. Infinite Redesign France recommends using two-factor authentication to access the Infinite Redesign Account, etc. ;

8.Refonte Infini France will not be responsible for losses related to malicious access to your Infinite Redesign Account, and for any use or intrusion that would result from an inadequate or inadequate protection of your credentials.

III. Infinite Redesign Services

The main features and conditions of use of the Infinite Redesign Services, as well as the costs, fees and charges related to the Infinite Redesign Services, and the particular risks related to the use of the Infinite Redesign Services, are defined on the Website and the Mobile Application.

Once your Infinite Redesign Account registration and KYC Procedure have been successfully completed, you may use various Infinite Redesign Services in accordance with the provisions of these Terms (including the Infinite Redesign Platform Rules) and as communicated to users on the Website and Mobile App.

The lists of Infinite Redesign Services and Digital Asset offers may be subject to change, including for legal or technical reasons. Therefore, Infinite Redesign France can:

1.Provide, modify or terminate any Infinite Redesign Service and/or replace it with one it reasonably deems similar; and

2.Allow or prohibit certain users from using any Infinite Redesign Service in accordance with the Terms and Rules of the Infinite Redesign Platform in force.

Although changes are made with or without notice, you acknowledge that Refonte Infini France will do its best to notify you of changes in a timely manner, for example via the announcement page of the Website, and will propose solutions where possible.

You note that some Infinite Redesign Services may be provided at the request of the User and subject to entering into separate agreements.

You agree that, as set forth in the Terms and except as otherwise provided or provided by applicable law, Refonte Infini France shall not be liable for any modification, discontinuation, suspension or termination of the Infinite Recasting Services by Refonte Infini France, a third party entity, you or a third party, or for the suspension or termination of your access to the Infinite Redesign Services.

1. Service Usage Guidelines

Provided that you comply at all times with the express terms set forth in these Terms, Refonte Infini France grants you revocable, limited, non-exclusive, non- transferable and non-sublicensable access and use of the Infinite Redesign Services via your computer or Internet-enabled devices for your personal/internal purposes. You may not use the Infinite Redesign Services for resale or commercial purposes, including to conduct transactions on behalf of other persons or entities. All of the above actions are expressly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms. The content layout, format, function and access rights regarding the Infinite Redesign Services are provided at the discretion of Infinite Redesign France. Refonte Infini France reserves all rights not expressly granted in these Terms. Accordingly, you are prohibited from using the Infinite Redesign Services in any manner not expressly permitted by these Terms.

These Terms grant only limited permission to access and use the Infinite Redesign Services. Accordingly, you agree that when you use the Infinite Redesign Services, Infinite Redesign France does not transfer the Infinite Redesign Services to you or the ownership or intellectual property rights of any Infinite Redesign Intellectual Property France to you or anyone else. All text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interface, photos, sounds, flowcharts, computer code (including html code), programs, software, products, information and documents, as well as the design, structure, selection, coordination, expression, appearance and layout of any content included in the services or provided through the Infinite Redesign Services, are exclusively owned, controlled and/or licensed by Refonte Infini and Refonte Infini France or its members, parent companies, licensors or affiliates.

Infinite Redesign and Infinite Redesign France own all comments, suggestions, ideas or other information or materials (collectively, "Feedback") regarding Infinite Redesign and Infinite Redesign France or the Infinite Redesign Services that you provide via email, or by any other means. By these Terms, you transfer all right, ownership and interest in the Feedback and all related intellectual property rights to Recasting Infini and Refonte Infini France. You have no rights and hereby waive any claim for acknowledgment of rights or compensation based on a Comment, or any modification, improvement or evolution based on a Comment.

b. Restriction

When you use the Infinite Redesign Services, you agree and agree to abide by the following:

1.When you use the Infinite Redesign Services to withdraw or transfer Digital Assets to an External Wallet, you represent and warrant that you are the beneficial owner of the External Wallet, and that no subsequent use of the External Wallet of which you are the beneficial owner will be used for actions and transactions prohibited by anti-money laundering and anti-terrorist financing regulations sanctions international economic and embargoes;

3.Your use of the Infinite Redesign Services must not disturb public order, violate applicable law and regulations, public morals or the legitimate interests and property of others, including any action that may interfere, disrupt, negatively affect or prevent other Users from using the Infinite Redesign Services;

4.You agree not to use the Infinite Redesign Services for any purpose of market manipulation, insider trading or fraud (such as pump and dump systems or stock price scams, wash trading or fake trading volumes, self-trading or auto- trading, front running or enrichment on order by the broker, quote stuffing, spoofing or identity theft, layering or layering, regardless of whether or not expressly prohibited by applicable law);

5.Without the written consent of Refonte Infini France, the following commercial uses of Refonte Infini France data are prohibited:

Trading or investment services that use Infinite France quotes or market bulletin board information, and/or order book;

Data feeding or streaming services that use any market data from Refonte Infini France;

All other websites/apps/services that charge for or otherwise exploit or benefit (including through advertisements or referral fees) from market data obtained from Infinite Redesign or Infinite Redesign France.

6.Without the prior written consent of Refonte Infini France, you may not modify, reproduce, duplicate, copy, download, store, transmit, broadcast, transfer, disassemble, broadcast, publish, remove or alter any copyright statement or label, or license, sub-license, sell, reproduce, design, rent, lease, private label, grant security interests in the properties or any part of the properties, or create their derivative works or otherwise take advantage of any part of the Properties.

7.You may not:

a) use hyperlinks, web crawlers, bots or digital robots, search engines or spiders or other devices, programs, scripts, algorithms or automatic methods, or any similar or equivalent manual process to access, obtain, copy or monitor any part of the properties, assets and rights of Refonte Infini France, or reproduce or circumvent the navigation structure or presentation of the Infinite Redesign Services in any way, in order to obtain or attempt to obtain any material, document or information in a manner not purposefully provided through the Infinite Redesign Services;

b) attempt to access any part or function of Infinite Recast properties, assets and rights France without authorization, or to allow connection to the Infinite Redesign Services or any Infinite Redesign or Infinite Redesign server France or any other system or network of any Infinite Redesign Service provided through the services through hacking, password mining or any other illegal act or prohibited or unwanted means;

c) probe, scan or test vulnerabilities in the Infinite Redesign Services or any network connected to them, or breach any security or authentication measures on the Infinite Redesign Services France or any network connected to the Infinite Redesign Services;

d) reverse search, track or seek to track any information of any other User or visitor to the Infinite Redesign Services;

e) take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the infrastructure of the Infinite Redesign Services or Infinite Redesign France Services systems or networks, or on the infrastructure of any system or network connected to the Infinite Redesign Services;

f) use any routine device, software or program to interfere with the normal operation of the Infinite Redesign Services or any transaction on the Infinite Redesign Services , or the use of the Infinite Redesign Services by any other person;

g) forge headers, impersonate or otherwise manipulate authentication, to conceal your identity or the origin of any message or transmission you send to Refonte Infini France, or

h) use the Infinite Redesign Services in a manner that is unlawful, or that would result in subsequent unlawful use.

By accessing the Infinite Redesign Services, you agree that Infinite Redesign France has the right to investigate any violation of these Terms, unilaterally determine whether you have violated these Terms, and take action under applicable regulations and the Terms, without your prior consent, notice or notice. Examples of such actions include, but are not limited to:

1.Blocking and closing orders, operations and transactions;
2.Freezing your Infinite Redesign Account, Digital Assets and Assets;
3.Reporting the incident to the competent authorities;
4.Publication of alleged violations and actions that have been taken within the limits provided by applicable law;
5.Deletion of any information you have posted that turns out to be a violation.

2. Exchange of Digital Assets for Other Digital Assets, or Conversion of Digital Assets

The exchange of Digital Assets for other Digital Assets, the Conversion of Digital Assets (or "trading" on Digital Assets) refers to spot transactions in which a Digital Asset is exchanged for another Digital Asset.

Once the registration and KYC Procedure have been successfully completed and validated by Infinite Redesign France for the opening of your Infinite Redesign Account, you may transact Digital Assets for Digital Assets in accordance with the provisions of these Terms and the Infinite Redesign Platform Rules. A suspended or blocked Infinite Redesign Account cannot allow access to the Infinite Redesign Platform, and therefore to carry out transactions or any operations on Digital Assets and / or fiat currency.

Spot Trading allows Users to access the Infinite Redesign Platform which trades with other users in the market via the order book at the current market rate (also known as spot price). Upon sending an instruction to use the Infinite Redesign Services for trading on Digital Assets (an "Order"), your Infinite Redesign Account will be immediately updated to reflect open orders, and your orders will be included in the Infinite Redesign order book to be matched to the orders of other Users. Users may submit buy or sell orders for any of the available Trading Pairs. If one of your orders corresponds wholly or partially to another client's order, Recasting Infini France will execute an exchange (a "Transaction"). Once the Transaction is executed, your Infinite Redesign Account will be updated to indicate that the order has been fully executed and closed, or that the order has been partially executed. The order will remain unfinished until it is fully executed or cancelled in accordance with paragraph (b) below. To complete a transaction, you authorize Refonte Infini France to temporarily control the Digital Assets involved in your transaction for the purposes of that Transaction.

Sometimes orders may not be executed due to insufficient corresponding orders. Users can mitigate this problem by cancelling their initial order and submitting a new order at a more competitive price. Alternatively, Users may execute an order at the market price.

Convert and OTC Service allows Users to buy and sell Digital Assets at a set price offered by Refonte Infini France via an instant quotation system, instead of using an order book system. This Infinite Redesign Service may only be available for orders above a certain amount. Since the order is executed if the quotation is accepted by you and Refonte Infini France, neither party will be liable for failure to deliver at the best price. Users understand, acknowledge and accept that there is a risk of market volatility and technical issues that may impact the availability of the Infinite Redesign Service. As such, neither party shall be liable for the partial or complete failure of the performance of the Infinite Redesign Service

b. Cancellation For orders initiated through the Infinite Redesign Services, you may cancel them only before they have been matched with the orders of other Users. Once your order has been matched with another User's order, you may not modify, revoke or revoke the authorization given to Infinite Recasting France execute the order. For any partially paired order, you can cancel the unpaired portion of the order. Refonte Infini France reserves the right to reject any cancellation request related to the order you have submitted. If your account does not have a sufficient amount of Digital Assets to execute an order, Infinite Recasting France may cancel the entire order, or execute part of the order with the amount of Digital Assets available in your Infinite Recast Account (in each case, all transaction fees payable to Infinite Recast France are deducted as set forth in paragraph (c) below).

Pursuant to the provisions of applicable law, the carrying out of an Exchange of Digital Assets or fiat currency transaction for other Digital Assets, or Conversion of Digital Assets does not give rise to a right of withdrawal for the benefit of the User insofar as it concerns the "supply of goods or services whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market beyond the control of the professional that may occur during the withdrawal period'.

c. Fees

You agree to pay Refonte Infini France any fees that may be calculated with the calculation method specified on the Website as it appears online at the time of the transaction. Fees may change depending on the nature of the transaction, the type of Infinite Redesign Account (Spot/other), the amount of the transaction and the type of Digital Asset. Refonte Infini France may, at its discretion, update fees at any time. Any updated fees will apply to all sales or other transactions made after the effective date of the updated fees. You authorize Refonte Infini France to deduct from your Infinite Redesign Account all applicable fees you owe under these Terms and as calculated on the fees page set forth above

d. Provisions applicable to certain conversions

Deposits

From the Conversion Start Date that Infinite Redesign France can determine, when you deposit or receive a Designated Stable Cryptocurrency into your Infinite Redesign Account, the amount received will be automatically converted to an equivalent amount of BUSD at a 1:1 rate.

Existing balances

On the Conversion Start Date that Infinite Redesign France may determine, any balance in your Infinite Redesign Account denominated in a Designated Stable Cryptocurrency will be automatically converted to an equivalent amount of BUSD at a 1:1 rate.

Withdrawals

On or after the Conversion Start Date, if you have a balance in your Infinite Redesign Account denominated in BUSD, you may give instructions to withdraw that balance from your Infinite Redesign Account either in BUSD or in one of the designated Cryptocurrencies. When you choose to withdraw a Designated Stable Currency, you will receive an amount equal to your BUSD balance, converted to Designated Stable Cryptocurrency at a rate of 1:1, including applicable withdrawal and transaction fees.

Exceptions

Refonte Infini France reserves the right to suspend or terminate the conversion to Designated Stable Cryptocurrency for all or part of the Designated Stable Cryptocurrencies at any time without notice. If necessary due to market conditions affecting one or more Designated Stable Cryptocurrencies, Infinite France Redesign may adjust the conversion rate used for the Designated Stable Cryptocurrency Conversion.

3. Fiat Trading or Buying Digital Assets or Selling Digital Assets in Fiat Currency

Before making a Fiat Trading transaction, you (i) must separately read and accept the terms of use applicable with the various OTC platforms partners of Refonte Infini France, and comply with all contractual documentation, including, but not limited to, the terms of use, the legal statement, the privacy policy and other Rules of the Infinite Redesign Platform related to Fiat Trading as well as the rules of these involved partners, and (ii) open an account on these OTC Infinite Redesign Platforms, after completing registration and identity verification for your Infinite Redesign Account, if applicable.

Users acknowledge that the use of their credit/debit card or bank account may result in problems or risks for which Refonte Infini France cannot be held responsible, such as card rejection, system error, fraud problems, payment method temporarily unavailable, payment method unavailable for this Infinite Redesign Service in a region, a given territory, community or country.

Refonte Infini France is not registered or authorized to provide payment services. Therefore, if you choose to use any of the Fiat Trading Infinite Redesign Services, you agree that Infinite Redesign France works in collaboration with third party entities, including regulated third party entities authorized to provide payment services and electronic money services in France

Fiat Trading's Infinite Redesign Services include the purchase of digital currencies by debit/credit card payment; the purchase and sale of digital currencies or digital assets by Fiat Trading Pairs; and depositing and withdrawing fiat currencies. Purchase of digital assets in fiat currency, purchase of digital assets or sale of digital assets in fiat currency, and sale of digital assets. Purchase of Digital Assets by debit/credit card payment

Users of Refonte Infini France may purchase Digital Assets using their debit/credit card, subject to acceptance of separate terms and conditions with a third party entity, as this Infinite Redesign Service is supported by a third-party payment service provider. The purchase of Digital Assets will be made on the terms provided by the third party payment service provider. Once the transaction is successful, the purchase of Digital Assets will be reflected in the User's Infinite Redesign Account.

b. Buying and Selling Digital Assets or Digital Currencies in Fiduciary Trading Pairs

Users of Refonte Infini France may sell or buy their Digital Assets or Digital Assets through Fiduciary Trading Pairs available on the Refonte Infini platform, subject to acceptance of separate terms with a third party entity, as this Infinite Redesign service is supported by a third party payment service provider. The sale or purchase of Digital Assets by Fiduciary Trading Pairs will be on the terms provided by the third party payment service provider. Please check on the Infinite Redesign Platform for the full list of available Fiduciary Trading Pairs.

cc. Deposit and withdrawal of fiat currencies

Users of Refonte Infini France may deposit or withdraw fiat currencies using their debit/credit card, or alternatively, via bank transfer, subject to acceptance of separate terms with a third party entity, as this Infinite Redesign Service is supported by a third party service provider. Refonte Infini France reserves the right to change third-party service providers at any time and in a discretionary manner, without prior notice or information to the User. Once the transaction is executed, the balance will be reflected on the User's Infinite Redesign Account, or on his debit/credit card or the account opened in his bank, as the case may be.

d. Fees

You agree to pay Refonte Infini France the fees notified to you, levied by Refonte Infini France or third party entities with which Refonte Infini works France in collaboration, subject to the terms and conditions of sale of such third-party service provider (see in particular filing and withdrawal fees: https://www.bifinity.com/fr/fee-section-eur. You authorize Refonte Infini France to deduct from your Infinite Recast Account all applicable fees you owe under these Terms and the third party service provider's terms.

4. Margin Trading

Margin Trading allows Users to borrow Infinitely Redesigned Digital Assets France to make margin trades. Unless otherwise specified by Infinite Redesign France, before making margin transactions, the User must open a dedicated Guarantee Account and/or perform other related procedures, after successfully completing the registration and identity verification according to the Customer Knowledge Procedure for the opening of his Infinite Redesign Account.

Risks related to Margin Trading

Margin Trading is very risky. As a leveraged investment, margin trading has a strong speculative nature and may expose you to risks of losses greater than the amount you have invested. Margin Trading requires a good level of financial knowledge and experience. We recommend that you ensure that making investments from the financial instruments offered by Refonte Infini France is adapted to your situation and your financial objectives. These products are intended for a discerning clientele who can monitor their positions on a daily basis, or even several times a day, and who have the financial means to bear such a risk.

You acknowledge and agree that you access and use the Margin Trading and Borrowing Services at your own risk, including, but not limited to, the following:

1.The liquidity, market depth and dynamics of the trading market fluctuate violently and change rapidly. The use of leverage may work to your advantage or disadvantage, which may result in significant gains or losses, as applicable;

2.You are not eligible to receive forked currencies separated from blockchain assets in your Collateral Account, even if you have not conducted margin trading or borrowing at all (fork or fork of a blockchain refers to the event by which an update to the protocol of a blockchain is accepted and implemented only by a part of the community of parties involved in the management, validation and propagation of this protocol);

3.Loans carry risk and the value of your blockchain assets may drop. If the value of your assets falls to a certain level, you are responsible for dealing with these market circumstances;

4.In some market situations, it may be difficult, if not impossible, for you to liquidate a position. This may happen, for example, due to insufficient market liquidity or technical issues on Infinite Redesign France;

5.Placing conditional orders does not necessarily limit your losses to the expected amount, as market conditions may prevent you from executing such orders;

6.Margin Trading has no guarantee measures against losses. As a borrower, you may incur losses that exceed the amount you originally deposited into your Collateral Account.

b. Start Margin Trading

To start Margin Trading:

1.You represent and warrant that you are not considered a U.S. Person within the meaning of U.S. regulations, nor present on any of the economic sanctions lists of OFAC (The Office of Foreign Assets Control of the US Department of the Treasury, in particular, you are not Specially Designated National according to OFAC), nor participate in activities falling under the lists of trade embargoes and economic sanctions, international trade and finance;

2.You must fully understand the risks associated with trading and margin lending, and be fully responsible for all commercial and non-commercial activities on your Infinite Redesign Account and Collateral Account. You must not engage in transactions or invest in funds that are beyond your financial capabilities;

3.You are solely responsible for knowing the true status of any position, even if Recasting Infini France may present it incorrectly at any time;

4.You agree to keep sufficient Digital Assets in your Collateral Account, as required by Infinite Redesign France for User engagement in margin trading, and to promptly repay your loan in full. Failure to hold sufficient Digital Assets or fail to repay the outstanding loan in a timely manner may result in the forced liquidation of the assets in your Collateral Account. The liquidation may be subject to fees levied by Refonte Infini France;

5.Even with the ability to forcibly liquidate any position, Redesign Infini France cannot guarantee stopping losses. If your assets are insufficient to repay the outstanding loan after the liquidation of your position, you are still responsible for any further asset shortfall;

6.In case of margin call, it is possible to lose more than its initial bet. During a margin call, you agree to pay an additional amount, or to close a portion of your portfolio;

7.Infinite Recasting France may take steps, at its discretion and on your behalf, to reduce your potential losses, including, but not limited to, transferring assets from your Collateral Account to your Infinite Recast Account and/or vice versa;

8.During the maintenance of the Infinite Redesign System France, you agree to be fully responsible for the management of your Warranty Account by assuming the risk, including, but not limited to, closing positions and refunding;

9.You agree to carry out all transactions, Margin trading and/or borrowings yourself, and to be fully responsible for your activities. Refonte Infini France assumes no responsibility for any loss or damage caused by your use of the Infinite Redesign Services or your lack of awareness of the risks associated with the use of the Digital Assets or your use of the Infinite Redesign Services, in particular the risks that will occur during the liquidation by which your assets and margin liabilities will be offset at the same time.

10.The method of calculating the applicable fees is available on the Website and on the Mobile Application.

5. Infinite Savings Redesign

Refonte Infini France offers Refonte Infini Savings, an investment service aimed at providing Users with value-added services for their inactive Digital Assets.

To use the Refonte Infini Savings service, you must accept the terms of the Refonte Infini Savings User Agreement and open a special Redesign Infini Savings service account, after successfully completing the registration and identity verification according to the KYC Procedure for opening your Infinite Redesign Account.

1.Refonte Infini Savings' assets will be used in leveraged digital assets and other activities;

2.When you use the Refonte Infini Savings service, you unconditionally authorize Refonte Infini France to distribute and allocate interest in accordance with the rules of the Infinite Redesign Platform.

3.You must comply with applicable laws and regulations to ensure that the origin of the Digital Assets is lawful and does not infringe any proprietary rights when using the Redesigning Infini Savings service.

4.When you use Redesign Infini Savings, you acknowledge the risks of investing in Digital Assets.

5.You acknowledge and agree that all investment transactions conducted with Refonte Infini France represent your true investment intentions, and are tailored to your financial situation and objectives, and you unconditionally accept the risks associated with the use of Refonte Infini Savings. You can prove that you have the necessary level of knowledge and experience to use this type of investment.

6.Refonte Infini France reserves the right to suspend or terminate Refonte Infini Savings at any time. Refonte Infini France cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the consequences, direct or indirect, that may result from this suspension or termination

7.Due to a delay on the network, computer system failures, which are not attributable to Refonte Infini France, and cases of force majeure, which may result in delay, suspension, termination or modification of the execution of Refonte Infini Savings, Refonte Infini will France make reasonable efforts to ensure, but not be able to insure or guarantee, that the execution system of Redesign Infini Savings Service works stably and efficiently. Refonte Infini France declines all responsibility if the final execution does not meet your expectations, or what was initially announced, due to the factors indicated above.

8.The advertised annual return uses the average daily interest rate for the last 7 days, multiplied by 365. The interest rate reflects the estimated reward that will be generated and returned to the user in the Digital Assets, and not the fiat value of the Digital Assets. It also uses past performance to predict future rewards of the Digital Assets in question, and may not be correct. Interest is variable and will be calculated and distributed by Infinite Redesign France in accordance with the Infinite Redesign Platform Rules.

9.The subscription and redemption period is open from 00:10 to 23:50 (UTC) daily.

10.Interest is calculated from the day after your subscription. Your generated interest can only be distributed two days after subscription.

11.Redesign Infini France offers three services as part of Redesign Infinite Savings, described as "Flexible Savings", "Locked Savings" and "BNB Vault". Flexible savings allow you to trade your Digital Assets at any time. Blocked savings may also be redeemed at any time, no reward or interest will be paid if you choose to redeem them before the end of any applicable blocked savings period. BNBVault is a flexible savings for BNB (cryptocurrency issued by Refonte Infini).

12.Interest is based on the number of tokens placed as part of the Infinite Savings Redesign and refundable. The amount of interest shall be rounded down to 8 decimal places.

6. Staking Programs

You may be eligible for the engagement of Digital Assets in a third-party blockchain transaction validation network using proof-of-stake, via staking services.

If you designate a Digital Asset or Assets using the Infinite Staking Service, Infinite Redesign will engage France the designated Digital Assets by acting as a transaction validator on the corresponding network for the Digital Asset being Staking.

If Infinite Redesign France successfully validates a block of transactions using a particular Digital Asset, you can earn a reward awarded by the network, which will consist of a quantity of the Digital Asset initially committed. The reward will be determined by the specific transaction conditions of the Staking product or the corresponding network protocols.

You are not entitled to Staking Rewards until such rewards have been collected by Infinite Redesign France, in which case Infinite Redesign France will promptly transfer your portion of the Staking Reward to the Infinite Redesign Account you have opened with Infinite Redesign France. There is no guarantee that you will receive a Staking reward when you designate your Digital Assets for Staking. Infinite Redesign France will use reasonable efforts to engage all Digital Assets for which you use Staking. Digital Assets that have been committed may not be withdrawn before the end of the applicable Staking period.

Infinite Redesign France offers the Infinite Redesign Service of Staking to Users through the following methods:

1.Staking of Digital Assets with proof-of-stake: Infinite Redesign France uses the Digital Assets deposited by Users to place them on each blockchain concerned and regularly collects the rewards awarded by the blockchain software and corresponding to its role in validating transactions.

2.Staking of Digital Assets without proof-of-stake: This service allows Users to engage their Digital Assets that do not rely on proof-of-stake networks

3.Staking on DeFi protocols: Infinite Redesign France will help you deposit your Staked/engaged Digital Assets in DeFi protocols. Redesign Infini France acts solely as a platform to present projects and to provide users with related services, such as accessing funds on your behalf or distributing income. Refonte Infini France is not responsible for any losses incurred, including losses resulting from security issues of chain project contracts, over which Refonte Infini France has no control

When you participate in Staking programs, you acknowledge that:

1.Unless otherwise stipulated by Infinite Redesign France, Staking programs are free and you may not trade your staked/engaged Digital Assets during the staking period;

2.Infinite Redesign France does not guarantee that Users will receive any revenue, including in connection with a DeFi Staking program;

3.There is a risk that exercising governance over DeFi protocols could impact a DeFi Staking program, and this would be beyond the control of Infinite Redesign France;

4.Infinite Redesign France does not guarantee your Master Digital Assets committed to DeFi Staking, but will restore the number of Digital Assets engaged when Staking Digital Assets with proof-of-stake and Digital Assets without proof- of-stake;

5.Infinite Redesign France has the right to initiate or terminate a Staking program for any Digital Asset, to change the rules of that service over time and to change the returns and rewards percentages paid to the User based on the selected product or protocol;

6.You must ensure that the origins of the Digital Asset you hold on your Infinite Redesign accounts are legal and you agree to comply with applicable and related laws and regulations. Infinite Recast France has the right to take any necessary action in accordance with these Terms or the Infinite Redesign Platform Rules, including, without limitation, freezing Infinite Recast Accounts or withdrawing some or all of the Digital Assets that match your rewards if you violate the rules of the applicable Staking programs;

7.In the event of a hack, cyberattack or major failure of the relevant blockchain networks, all participants in a network will be exposed to the same risk of losing their committed Digital Assets;

8.Infinite Redesign France may incur a penalty (for example, by slashing or penalty of an inefficient validator) for not validating or incorrectly validating a block after being selected by a particular network. Except as stipulated in these Terms, to the extent permitted by law, Recasting Infini France will not reimburse or compensate for any loss resulting directly or indirectly from such breach; and

9.All advertised rates of return reflect the estimated reward that will be generated and returned to Users in Digital Assets, and not the fiduciary value of the Digital Assets. Infinite Redesign France can indicate the past performance of Digital Assets to estimate future rewards of Digital Assets. The User acknowledges and accepts, however, that these indications cannot serve as a reasonable basis for predicting the future rewards that will be generated by the immobilization of their Digital Assets.

7. Mining Pool

Users can access a mining pool and use the computing power of these mining pools to participate in block validation and earn rewards. Users of the Mining Pool are required to own mining hardware (i.e. their own computer or dedicated hardware) and install mining software that will connect them to the mining pool operated by Refonte Infini France. Redesign Infini France then uses the computing power provided by Users of this service to exploit various Digital Assets that are based on proof-of-work concepts. By validating blocks on the blockchains concerned, the mining pool collects rewards and redistributes these rewards to Users, depending, among other things, on the computing power that Users provide.

When you participate in the Infinite Redesign Mining Pool service, you will be charged a mining fee, and will be deducted from your rewards before they are distributed to you.

Extraction will vary depending on the Digital Asset that is mined and may change over time.

As a User, you acknowledge the following:

1.Refonte Infini France reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Mining Pool Service for legal, technological or technical reasons;

2.Due to a delay on the network, failures of the computer system or failures on the blockchain on which the mining is carried out, and which are not attributable to Refonte Infini France, and in case of force majeure, which may cause delay, suspension, underperformance or deviation of the Refonte Infini Pool service, Redesign Infini France will use reasonable efforts to ensure, but not be able to insure or guarantee, that Mining Pool operates in a stable and efficient manner.

3.Refonte Infini France will not be responsible for covering the operating costs of hardware and software related to the operation of the Refonte Infini Pool service. The use of software or hardware is your responsibility and you assume all risks and perils that may result from the use of your own software in connection with the Refonte Infini Pool service.

8. Liquid Swap

Exchanges or liquidity pools allow the exchange of Digital Assets using a method that does not require an order book. Liquidity pools function as Digital Asset Pairs. There is a liquidity pool for each pair.

When you provide liquidity to a liquidity pool, you are rewarded for the immobilization of Digital Assets. The amount of reward received for providing liquidity depends on a number of factors, including the automated formula used by the market maker and the amount the User deposits within the liquidity pools. This is also known as liquidity farming

You can also acquire Digital assets directly from a cash pool

To use the Refonte Infini Liquid Swap service, you must agree to the terms of the Redesign Infini Liquid Swap User Agreement.

9. Custody of Digital Assets

9.1 The custody of Digital Assets held by Refonte Infini France on behalf of the User (i.e. the holding of the private keys that enable transactions with the Digital Assets) refers to the custody services of the Digital Assets provided under the Infinite Redesign Account and Guarantee Account for the Digital Assets of the

Users (the "Retention"). Users must follow the same registration rules as described in Article II.3

The Digital Assets held by Refonte Infini France on behalf of its User are only accessible to the User according to the procedures defined by Refonte Infini France and accepted by the User under these Terms. Only Users are authorized to initiate transfer operations.

Redesign Infini France assumes no responsibility for fluctuations or loss of value of Digital Assets.

Infinite Redesign France does not own or control the underlying software protocols that govern the operation of the Digital Assets. The underlying protocols are usually open source and anyone can use, copy, modify, and distribute them. Refonte Infini France assumes no responsibility for the operation of the underlying protocols and does not guarantee the functionality or security of network operations. In particular, the underlying protocols may be subject to sudden changes in operating rules (including forks, or bifurcations of a blockchain, this term designating the event by which an update to the protocol of a blockchain is accepted and implemented only by part of the community of parties involved in the management, validation and propagation of this protocol). Such changes in operation may materially affect the availability, value, functionality and/or user name of the Digital Asset held in custody. You agree and acknowledge that Refonte Infini France has no responsibility to allow you to acquire, possess, or exchange any coins from such forks, or to permit you to use the protocols of such forks.

Your Infinite Redesign Account is intended solely for the proper use of the Digital Assets supported by Infinite Redesign France. You must not attempt to use your Infinite Redesign Account to store, send, solicit or receive assets other than the Digital Assets supported by Infinite Redesign France. Refonte Infini France assumes no responsibility or liability in connection with any attempt to use your Infinite Redesign Account with Digital Assets that it does not support. You acknowledge and agree that Infinite Redesign France is not responsible for any unsupported Digital Asset that is sent to your Infinite Redesign Account. Refonte Infini France may, in its sole discretion, terminate support for any particular Digital Asset. If you do not sell or transfer such Digital Asset outside the platform before Refonte Infini France terminates its support for such Digital Asset, Redesigning Infini France may, at its discretion, remove such Digital Asset from your Infinite Redesign Account

The Digital Assets supported on the Infinite Redesign platform France exclude all other protocols and/or functionalities that complement or interact with the supported Digital Asset. This exclusion includes, but is not limited to: sidechains or any other protocol, digital asset, token, forked asset, or any other feature, such as protocol governance and/or any smart contract-related functionality, that may complement or interact with a supported Digital Asset. You acknowledge and agree that, except as provided in these Terms, additional protocols are excluded from the definition of Supported Digital Assets and that Refonte Infini France shall not be liable for any losses related to your use and/or interaction with additional protocols, including through the use of the Infinite Redesign Services.

If users deposit funds to the wrong address, or select the wrong transmission network for a Digital Asset, Refonte Infini France is not responsible for any resulting losses, and if Refonte Infini France generally does not support the deposited Digital Asset or method, it may be completely unable to recover it.

The Digital Assets held in custody are not the property of Infinite Redesign France and Infinite Redesign France shall not use the Digital Assets on its own behalf, except as required by law or unless otherwise agreed between the User and Infinite Redesign France or any Infinite Redesign entity

Refonte Infini France has implemented an internal process allowing the User to withdraw (request the total or partial return) of the Digital Assets held in custody by transferring them from their Infinite Redesign Account to an External Wallet, subject to maintenance or unavailability of networks, and provided that the Digital Assets are not immobilized through the use of an Infinite Redesign Service. International sanctions or any regulations applicable to Refonte Infini France, any court order or any suspicious activity on the account may prevent and/or delay the execution of the withdrawal.

9.2 Refonte Infini France may also provide custody services for Digital Assets via the Refonte Infini Custody platform for institutional clients (legal entities, hereinafter "Professional User"). The Refonte Infini Custody platform is a Digital Asset Custody service specifically designed to meet the needs of Business Users that would meet the criteria specified by Refonte Infini France and authorized by Refonte Infini France to use this service. Upon successful completion of the KYC Procedure and reasonable additional due diligence that would be required by Refonte Infini France standards, such as signing the Retention Services Terms of Use (https://www.binanceinstitutional.com/ltu/en/terms, an account will be opened on the Redesign Infini Custody platform for the Business User. The User acknowledges that additional information to the information collected from Users who are natural persons may be requested from Users who are legal entities, such as a Kbis extract, and any other element that may justify the identity and regularity of the User who is a legal entity, as reasonably determined by Refonte Infini France.

9.3 You acknowledge in your capacity as a User that:

- Refonte Infini France is not responsible for the assets held in the portfolio, their loss, loss of value, fluctuations;

- Infinite Redesign France securely stores the private keys that are used to execute transactions;

- Users are fully responsible for the Digital Assets they receive and maintain in their Infinite Redesign Account: they must not accept assets that are not supported by Infinite Redesign France;

- Infinite Redesign France may remove a Digital Asset from its own care at its sole discretion, and it is the User's responsibility to sell or trade it before it is delisted. Refonte Infini France cannot be held responsible for the loss of value of the Digital Assets at the time of their sale/exchange, nor for the loss of the Digital Assets if they have not been sold before their cancellation.
